The plates are set up exactly as they gave them to me. DNA1 are the 2010 samples and DNA2 are 2011 samples

OK, now we are getting to the microsats that have some issues in calling some samples even when they work (produce a product). This one, has ones that can be called but there are some samples that clearly have 3 peaks and it is not clear what they all are. If I needed to use these microsats, the next step would be to run some gels and clone the bands and sequence to find out what each band represents. We have optimized with amount of DNA, annealing T and primer concentrations and with that these results are as good as it gets. We have one more that we are still working on that is similar but we may be able to improve it.
